We are seeking an experienced and reliable

HVAC Technician

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the

installation, maintenance, repair, and supervision

of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely, in compliance with local HVAC regulations. This role also requires

electrical cabling experience

and the ability to travel for

outstation projects

.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, VRF/VRV systems, central systems, AHUs, FCUs and Chillers Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance Remove, replace, or upgrade old or faulty systems and components Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units and related electrical systems Supervise on-site works and train junior technicians when required Ensure all installation and repair work follows safety standards and local HVAC codes Maintain tools, service equipment, and spare part inventory Communicate with clients or building management on repair status and usage tips Fill out service reports, maintenance logs, and job documentation Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports, including: Team Task Updates and Perfomance, Air-Conditioning report Weekly reports to assist managemnt in faster and more information decision-making Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering tasks accurately and on time Assist in HVAC project planning and site supervision.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields is preferred Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical cabling and HVAC system installation Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently Willing to work overtime and travel outstation as needed Project supervision experience is an added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
