Job Description

:

Carry out 5S practices in the workplace. Perform machine repairs according to the leader's plan. Verify and monitor daily machine repair activities. Execute and follow up on preventive maintenance results, reports, and records. Conduct daily machine maintenance and complete checklists such as compressor checks, TNB electrical panels, and other related items. Understand machine functions to minimize breakdowns and reduce downtime. Interpret design layouts and machine part drawings. Understand and contribute to improving equipment and machine efficiency. Support improvements in inventory control. Understand and participate in cost-reduction initiatives. Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and installed systems. Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and related equipment such as electrical systems, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs. Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations. Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive maintenance contracts. Provide support during emergency situations. Review and understand equipment operation methods, including BMS, fire/life safety systems, and other related systems. Comply with all safety procedures and requirements. Ensure adherence to City, Country, and State ordinances and codes. Support building needs and activities outside normal working hours when required Participate in training sessions, seminars, and other assigned tasks when needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and management systems (e.g., OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO, RBA).

Job Requirement:

Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field. More than 1 year of related working experience. Basic understanding of TPM. Ability to read and interpret technical 2D drawings. Knowledge of proper PPE usage. Familiarity with QC 7 Tools. Proficiency in Open/Microsoft Office systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain detailed and accurate reports. Able to build and sustain good working relationships

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
