:Grow with usAbout this opportunity:We're offering an opportunity to join the Ericsson team as a HWS Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible to drive & manage all TPI/NPI and any Improvement project for Repair Operation and to act as a Project Management Representative for Repair Operation overall responsible on Project Management related request & matter. Provide feedback or update to Head of Repair Operation, Repair Center, Repair Solution, PDU, Test Development or all Project Related issues such as product quality issue, repair statistics, test system issues when needed.What you will do:The Project Manager will be managing the project toward its goal in accordance with the agreement made with the project sponsor. Ensuring that all the activities in the project management process needed for a high-quality project performance and a successful project execution are performed. This responsibility includes ensuring that the relevant competences in the different project management knowledge areas are available in the project:

• Project Integration Management
• Project Value Management
• Project Scope Management
• Project Quality Management
• Project Procurement Management
• Project Time Management
• Project Risk Management
• Project Communications Management

The skills you bring:

• Project Management experience
• Understand Ericssonxe2x80x99s objectives, operation, processes and customerxe2x80x99s requirements.
• Good knowledge in Ericsson IS/IT tools, able to uses and adapts IS/IT tools, methods and processes to improve own and working teams efficiency.
• Highly understanding of Repair Operations, processes.
• Contact network related to Hardware Services in Business Unit Network Services, Business Lines and the Ericsson Regions.
• Good Communication, Presentation, Communication & Argumentation Skills.
• Customer focused, business oriented, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Certified ISO Lead Auditor is a Bonus.
• Some telecommunication technical background will be perfect.
• Fluent in English, oral and written. Mandarin, Malay & Dutch is a bonus
