Your Mission
We're looking for a
Customer Experience Associate
who will be the first point of contact for our clients--while also helping us scale smarter by applying automation and AI. Beyond answering chats and emails, you'll design and use workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks, ensuring our clients get faster, more consistent, and more reliable support.
What You'll Do
Respond promptly to client messages via WhatsApp, chat, and email.
Automate repetitive tasks
such as:
Ticket tagging and prioritization.
Client follow-ups and reminders.
FAQ routing and template responses.
Use AI support tools to improve speed and accuracy in replies.
Collect and document client-reported issues, then pass them to QA/engineering for investigation.
Follow up with clients after QA review to provide updates, clarifications, or solutions.
Maintain clean, structured records of client interactions that feed into our automation/AI systems.
Share feedback with the team to refine support workflows and identify new automation opportunities.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience
in customer support, tech support, or a related role.
Strong communication skills--empathetic, clear, and professional.
Comfort with
automation and AI tools
: CRM workflows, chatbots, or knowledge bases.
A process-oriented problem solver who spots repetitive patterns and knows how to optimize them.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in managing multiple conversations.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new SaaS tools quickly.
Bonus: Experience in SaaS, chatbots, WhatsApp Business API, or startup environments.
