Sales & Marketing Executive (TikTok Live & WhatsApp Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join our team as a

Sales & Marketing Executive

. The role combines TikTok live hosting, social media content creation, and WhatsApp sales closing. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers, building trust, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Host TikTok Live sessions daily to promote products, engage with viewers, and drive sales. Handle incoming WhatsApp leads promptly, provide product information, and close sales. Achieve daily sales target of approximately RM2,500 through effective customer engagement. Follow up with potential buyers to increase conversion rate. Create engaging TikTok content (short videos, product demos, promotions) to attract organic leads. Perform basic video editing using Canva or CapCut to enhance content quality. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new ideas for content and campaigns. Maintain a positive brand image and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

Comfortable with TikTok Live hosting

(confident on camera, able to interact with strangers). Previous experience in

sales closing via WhatsApp or similar platforms

is an advantage. Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sales-driven mindset. Familiar with

TikTok content creation

and basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar). Able to work independently, handle pressure, and achieve daily sales targets. Positive attitude, energetic personality, and willingness to learn.
