Visit Clients as directed by the line manager. (Mostly would be in the second half between 1500~1800 Hrs.)
Monitoring queries and coordinating with operations team to ensure that quotation is sent out on time and subsequent services are followed up.
Present, promote and sell marine radio products/services; LSA/FFA services, Chemicals, Mooring Ropes to prospective customers.
Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Generating and reaching out to customers leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing etc.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
