Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene Manager monitors hygiene and food safety standard in all areas and makes recommendations to the concerned management staff and fully implements and maintains the HACCP system into the Food & Beverage operation. The Hygiene Manager is expected to be on board in May 2024.
