We are looking for Hygiene & Sanitation Executive

Job Summary:

• Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is to work closely with the ISO22000 Management Team Leader to ensure all administrative, documentation and records and reports on monitoring activities related to environment, food safety are in order.
• To compile and ensure all documents needed in each manual for each division / department are updated.
• To attend and take minutes for all food safety related meetings.
• To compile all ISO 22000 Internal Audits Reports.
• To track of deadlines for all administrative and documentation activities
• To maintain all reports generated (Food Safety Self Audit Report & CAR) by monthly Food Safety Self Audit and keep track each FSMS internal auditor and areas audited monthly.
• To compile all monthly reports and send by various team leaders.
• To coordinate and make necessary arrangement for all external surveillance audits.
• To follow-up with section heads or team leaders of audit teams as and when necessary.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in food science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in the sama capacity in food industry or 5-star international class hotel.
• Understand the basic of Food Safety Management System policies.
• Computer literate with familiar with ISO documentation procedures.
• Food & Beverage background would be an added advantage.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong supervisory skills with confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
