• Familiar with JAKIM\'s web portal, flow of new/ renewal application and certification in Halal Executive Training will be added advantages
• Junior position available; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and able to travel (within Malaysia).
• Required language(s): Malay and English (read & write).
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Able to handle ad hoc task from time to time, and also flexible and able to work as a team.
• Good time management and sense of urgency.
• Self-starter with strong work ethics, attention to details and able to work\xe2\x80\xb9 independently with minimal supervision

• Responsible in the implementation and management of the HALAL & HACCP system for restaurants including internal audits, HALAL & HACCP audits.

• Provide thorough internal audit reports and timely and accurate reviews of outlet corrective action and closure.

• Organise external lab testing including microbiological test, swab test, ice and water testing and test equipment calibration for compliance checking.

• Assist to liaise with the pest control company to manage the pest control programs\'

• Assist in developing hygiene & sanitation and restaurant compliance training materials and competency assessments.

• Conduct hygiene & sanitation and restaurant compliance training for central kitchen and restaurant staffs.

• Provide consultation to central kitchen and restaurants for personal hygiene and food handling-related issues.
