Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing Management, technology Industrial or equivalent (Specialize in Food industry is an advantage)
At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity with solid hands-on supervisory experiences in handling big group of subordinates, including foreign workers.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and familiar with statistical tools.
Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and in teams.
Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

To assist Production HOD for the overall Production operation including manpower planning, process control in achieving production and cost control targets.
To assist to optimize all available resources such as manpower, material, and equipment to ensure production volume, costs, scrap, and inventory meet the production plan.
Planning and monitoring the department daily operations.
Maintain and improve Standard Operation Procedures and monitor workers to ensure compliance with IT.
To be responsible for any other production related projects and assignments.
