Job Scopes:
- Assist and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance procedures.
- Ensure appropriate internal controls over financial reporting and related business processes.
- Identify shortcomings and improve controls procedures.
- Actively involved in SOX procedures implementation to enhance internal controls.
- Acts as support to ICFR & Business Planning Section.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks allocated by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting, or relevant.
- Minimum 2 years to 5 years of working experience in accounting-related field, preferably in audit industry.
- Hand-on experience and knowledge in SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good documentation skills.
