Job Scopes:

Assist and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance procedures.
Ensure appropriate internal controls over financial reporting and related business processes.
Identify shortcomings and improve controls procedures.
Actively involved in SOX procedures implementation to enhance internal controls.
Acts as support to ICFR & Business Planning Section.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks allocated by superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting, or relevant.
Minimum 2 years to 5 years of working experience in accounting-related field, preferably in audit industry.
Hand-on experience and knowledge in SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good documentation skills.
