The ICT Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and building strategic partnerships in the ICT sector. The role requires expertise in fast-moving ICT products (computers, peripherals, networking) and services, combined with strong business development, account management, and partnership-building skills.
2. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for ICT hardware, peripherals, and service contracts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in both government and private sectors.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and client-specific presentations.
Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, OEMs, and resellers.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Coordinate tender submissions for ICT equipment and services.
3. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, ICT, Marketing, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in ICT sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record in ICT product sales, service contracts, and winning new business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and ICT sales platforms.
Ability to translate technical product features into business value.
