• Handle and resolve customer’s complaint and issues.
• Ensure all deliveries and collection are being monitored and well coordinated.

• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Generate all necessary job file and reports for transport operation.
• Maximize fleet utilization and ensure prompt quality logistics service to customer.
• To seek, develop and increase the Company’s share of the Container haulage Market with particular emphasis on building up new or special project movement
