Salary : RM8,000 - RM10,000 per month
Location: Sunway Geo Tower, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Sunway South Quay, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Subang Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan
Working days & hours: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance)PURPOSETo work in partnership with IDT Finance Business Partners, Global Technology Services (GTS) and Technology Solutions (ERP) functions to manage the end-to-end process of direct recharging of IDT costs to respective End Markets / Company Business Units based on agreed allocation methods, including managing ad hoc billing queries from the End Markets, Intercompany accruals, month end journals and actual cost tracking.The role also requires to the successful applicant to manage and liaise with Data Centre\'s operational partner to raise and approve new demands for daily operational requirements. The objective of this role is to provide operational visibility and insights into the direct recharge mechanism which helps to align strategic business decisions to drive effective and optimize IDT portfolio management via continuous improvement and automation.RESPONSIBILITIES: * Align and agreed with IDT Finance Business Partners on service lines for recharging and / or month end accrual for communication to End Markets / Company Business Units

• For new service lines identified, raise internal recharge PO (RRBPO) and identify coders by each End Market / Company Business Unit to agree and align recharge amount and subsequent approval of RRBPO prior to execution of direct recharge
• For existing service lines, ensure as and when invoices are received (monthly/quarterly), direct recharge is executed on a timely basis prior to close of monthly financial books
• Understand and identify opportunities for simplification in current direct recharge mechanism utilizing creative and innovative solutions
• Provide insights and analysis on actual direct recharge amount vs. RRBPO amount to IDT Finance Business Partners and communicate additional accruals required to be provisioned if needed
• Manage Intercompany transactional costs (recharges) for ERP function.
• Ensure ERP function Cost Centres are up to date by proactively managing journals, recharges of intercompany costs, employment cost reclassifications, GL change.
• Provide IDT Finance Business Partner (ERP) for reporting dashboards for actuals tracking
• Manage and liaise with Data Centre\'s operational partner (T-Systems Flexrom) to raise and approve new DC demands for daily operational requirements
• Provide support as and when needed to assist line manager for ad hoc requirements relating to direct recharging / other finance processes

REQUIREMENTs

• Degree educated, with 2-3 years post graduate work experience with reasonably good understanding on finance (accounting standard and finance methodology)
• Understands intercompany recharge processes and a working knowledge on Transfer Pricing.
• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders
• Good understanding and knowledge of relevant financetools and systems,such as SAP, MS Excel and Power BI
• Able to manage high volumes of data and present information in an impactful way, maximising the use of financial systems ie SAP / BI / BPC.
• Ability to simplify complex situations
• Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, proactive, collaborative and consultative
• Maintains excellent working relationships with all stakeholders and is a team player.
• Has the ability to prioritize and manage own workload, is resilient and open to challenge.
• Experience of working in an IT or Technology environment a distinct advantage.
