To coordinate import or export air freight shipment
To assist in attending local customer/ overseas agents' inquiries/ overseas correspondence
To coordinate in respect of operation matter
To ensure costing and billing is done correctly
Follow all company's Policies, rules and QMS procedures and standards
Provide feedbacks or suggestion, as well as support and participate in Quality and / or Risk improvement initiatives
Any other responsibility as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification / Diploma/ Bachelor degree qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or any field
Knowledge of freight forwarding operation procedure is added advantage
Individual with good leadership qualities
Pleasant personality
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate
