Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates are welcomed.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (Speak, Read, Type)
Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time.
Applicants are to be based in office at Petaling Jaya.
Able to join on 28 February or 27 March 2024

Tanggungjawab

Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments

Manfaat

Monthly salary: Basic RM 3000 + up to RM 300 KPI allowance + up to RM 500 night shift allowance.
