Manage all incoming calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, while also handling outgoing emails related to product information and order updates. Provide real-time assistance to customers through live chat for immediate responses to their questions.
Receive and confirm customer orders through the app or phone, ensuring all details (delivery address, order items, special requests) are accurately recorded.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries regarding order discrepancies, such as missing items, incorrect orders, or delivery delays.
Solicit feedback from customers after order delivery through follow-up emails or in-app surveys to gather insights on their experience.
Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs during interactions to enhance customer engagement.
