Have no issue to work on 24 Hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
Willing to commit on 5.5 days work per week (Rotational off day)
Able to start working on 11 September / 18 September / 30 September 2024
Have no issue to be fully work based at Nusajaya, Johor Bahru
Tanggungjawab
Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
To exceed customer\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
Act as phone support for food delivery app.
Provide customer support for problems and questions of the orders, delivery or payment.
Respond to customer questions or resolve problems related to their orders, delivery or payment.
Review and approve request for booking cancellations and refunds.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM3,000 Basic Salary + KPI allowance up to RM400 + Shift allowance up to RM300
OPTIONAL: RM300 Full Attendance allowance (6 days)
