Handle customer enquiries professionally Make
low-volume outbound calls only
Process and update customer orders accurately Perform fast and accuratetyping & data entry
Maintain records using internal systems Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processingJob Requirements
Strong computer skills
Proficient inMicrosoft OneNote, Word & Excel
Comfortable using related software and systems Knowledge ofSQL or accounting software
is aplus
High accuracy in typing
Responsible, disciplined & fast learner
Able to worknight shift
