Converse and write fluently in Mandarin and Cantonese (read, speak, type) is a must.
Basic proficiency in English is acceptable
Minimum SPM qualification is needed.
Willing to commit working on 5 days per week 24 hours rotational shifts (9 working hours including 1 hour break) including on public holiday and weekends
Able to start work at 15 September 2023 & 27 September 2023
Shortlisted candidate is required to come back to the Ara Damansara office twice. (1st time for Device Collection || 2nd time for Mock Call Certification), Mock Call Certification is the certification that happens after the candidate is towards the end of the training, where he/she has to pass to be sent to production. (Conducted after 3-4 weeks upon the completion of the training, applicable for WFH only*)

Able to handle all inbound calls from customers about the company\'s product and services
Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments
