Input financial transactions into accounting software
Maintain and update accounting records, files, and documentation
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and follow up with clients
Process supplier invoices and staff claims
3. Bank & Cash Management
Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation
Assist in bank reconciliations and daily cash flow tracking
4. General Accounting Support
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
Help ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in accounting.
Willing to work in odd hours (3pm-12am)
Able to communicate in BM, BI and Mandarin.
