Preliminary review of client\'s documents . Prepare online application of work pass on Immigration\'s online portal . Compile applications for manual submission to the Immigration Department office . Co-ordinate the daily schedule for manual submission to the Immigration Department office . Prepare letters in both Bahasa Malaysia and English . Handle important documents e.g. passports, certificates, etc . Update relevant database and reports Requirements . Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent field of studies is preferred . Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity . Skilled in document management, office management, etc . Good interpersonal and communication skills.
