Job Description

• Minimum SPM/ Diploma or Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
• Ability to converse fluently in English with a neutral accent (Mandatory)
• Ability to manage escalated issues / difficult customers based on guided processes
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport with the customers
• Ability to use contact centre telephony system, email system, and MS Words / Excel.

• Make outbound calls to all potential prospects (given leads)
• Screen all applications via phone and to ensure that the customer is eligible or meet the requirement
• Provide the customer with the best solutions based on customer needs and requirements
• Persuade customers to agree by demonstrating how the products or services will be beneficial to their needs
• Explain product or services in detailed
• Perform outbound calls in relation to client's products and qualify potential leads
• Ensure call and notes are accurately recorded and maintained in CRM Track leads and timely follow up to ensure daily orders and targets are met
• To ensure good rapport and relationships with customers with the ability to influence and create immediate or progressive product needs
• To close and meet goals in accordance with KPI /development plan

• Monday to Friday
• 11.30am to 8.30pm

• Basic salary: Up to RM3,500.00 (Based on interview performance and relevant experienced)
• Commission: Uncapped (Based on monthly performance)
• Attendance allowance: RM100.00
