To perform Velocity processing function including WFI filtering, Velocity Back Office system maintenance, eCUBE profile maintenance and preparation of reports, budget and other related matters.
To perform registration / maintenance for Velocity premium subscription and complete within the given SLA.
To perform service setup and maintenance for Transaction Banking products through application form received from customer.
To check completeness of documentations and compliance documents and to be able to identify the errors.
Partner with team members to ensure potential risks during maintenance are identified, vetted and addressed.
To ensure no significant non-compliant events and no severe breaches that can lead to public or regulatory reprimands, no severe breaches in AML/CFT regulations including all internal process breaches
To work closely with internal stakeholders including Product owner, Branch Operations Teams, Account Services, Relationship managers, sales manager to ensure smooth onboarding of Velocity subscription.
Provide input, ideas and suggestion to increase operational effectiveness through process improvements focusing on automation through solutions.
Engage in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead/Team Head.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking and familiar with the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s core systems (eCube, SignPlus, WFI etc)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written business English
Possess initiative and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good organizational and analytical skills and able to multi-task
