Responsibilities

Responsible for FinTech project programming, including implementation and integration using C#, JavaScript, vbScript, and SQL.

Gather and analyze client requirements for solution implementation, customization, and optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams to define, test, and implement client-specific solutions.

Develop and deliver training sessions to clients, both onsite and offsite.


-
Provide technical support for internal and client-facing applications to ensure smooth operations.


-
Assist the sales team by presenting technical aspects of products and solutions to prospective clients.


-
Design and develop technical architecture and workflows to meet client needs.


-
Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.


-
Monitor and resolve system performance issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Stay updated on new technologies and trends to enhance solutions and processes.

Requirements

-
2 years of proven and hands-on programming experience, preferably with a combination of software development experience and experience in the Finance or Private Equity sector.

Hands-on in IT projects, being a Business Analyst and Analyst Programmer.

Bachelor's degree in computer studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant disciplines.

Practical experience in Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, views).

Strong knowledge of different development languages (e.g., C#, SQL, JavaScript, vbScript, etc.).

Strong organization, communication skills, and client-serving skills.

Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management, and reporting back to management in a timely manner.
