Implementation Engineer - Airport Solutions

In this job you will:

Serve as a technical lead during project implementations, working closely with experienced team members. Manage technical aspects of solution delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues. Develop and execute implementation plans, including customer testing phases (UAT, SAT, OAT). Document customer requirements and create test plans. Conduct unit and package tests to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and customer service. Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.

About the ideal candidate:

Experience with either Airport Management Systems or Passenger Processing Systems. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant practical experience. Understanding of network concepts (e.g., GWAN, LAN, DHCP) or willingness to learn. Familiarity with software development principles, Windows OS, and client/server architecture. Knowledge of version control systems and hardware/electrical components. Ability to communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively in diverse teams. Flexibility for occasional travel; accommodations available as needed.
