Job Description

Job scope:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of imports and exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities Urgent Recruitment of Documentation Executive for high fashion garments export house. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment documents like Invoice, Packing List, Shipping details, GSP/Certificate of Origin & related documents, L/C, BC & BRC documents, Airway Bill and/or Bill of lading, Proforma invoice & Commercial invoice. or He should have appropriate knowledge of computer and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers. \xe2\x80\xa2Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC. \xe2\x80\xa2Knowledge of prevailing customs rules and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2Preferably male \xe2\x80\xa2Able to converse in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
