Job Description

1. Job Overview

Responsible for managing all import and export activities, ensuring smooth customs clearance, accurate documentation, and cost-effective logistics arrangements.

2. Key Responsibilities

Handle export and import operations including customs clearance, documentation, and shipment arrangement. Prepare and verify commercial documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Form D/E, Insurance, etc. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments. Ensure all import/export activities comply with trade laws, tax, and customs regulations. Maintain accurate records and update ERP system for shipment tracking. Monitor tariffs, HS Codes, and logistics costs; propose cost-saving solutions. Support sales team in freight cost estimation and delivery coordination.
3. Job Requirements

Education : Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business

Experience : 2-5 years in import/export or logistics operations (manufacturing preferred)

Skills : Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS Codes, customs clearance, ERP system

Languages : Good command of English and Mandarin

Traits : Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, good communication & problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
