• Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Arts/Media/Mass Communication, Advertising or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (working in the related industries will be an added advantage)
• Good command (both spoken and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and \xe4\xb8\xad\xe6\x96\x87
• Ability to work independently and with colleagues at all levels to develop great content and evaluate results
• Creative mindset and able to catch the latest social media trending
• Ensure online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, legal and compliance
• Excellent knowledge of using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills accurate manner
• Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required

• Write, edit and publish quality with effective content to engage the target audience across social media platforms
• Responsible to manage all social media accounts (\xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6,Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, WeChat & etc)
• Able to produce persuasive marketing content for external marketing ads
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience\'s behaviors
• Perform strong analysis on social media trends, target key audiences, engagement, reach data and ads performance
• Select appealing images and videos to complement the text
• Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates
• Brainstorming and idea scheming for creativity and storyboard for Video making and Social Media Campaign
• Contribute creative, concept, theme and tactical ideas content for the company\'s Channel
• Other ad-hoc task given by the management
