Job Scope - As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls related to inquiries, support, and information about products and services. You'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet personal/team performance targets and KPIs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
