Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet personal/team performance targets and KPIs.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
