Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates welcome.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
- At least 1 year of telesales/telemarketing experience (B2B preferred) in BPO sector preferred.
- Strong communication skills and positive phone manner.
- Comfortable with high-volume, target-driven work.
- Basic knowledge or interest in logistics/shipping is a plus.
- Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to potential business customers.
- Identify needs and build rapport to create business opportunities.
- Update customer and lead records accurately.
- Support the sales team in qualifying leads and driving growth.
- Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets.
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)
