Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage regular travel company daily operations
  • Handling booking inquiries (both individual and group booking).
  • Coordinate reservations for tours, hotel & accommodation, ground transportation and other facility reservations
  • Plan & preparing custom travel itineraries/proposals, preparing quotations and invoices.
  • Ensure that all work execute with professional, accuracy and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of SPM and above
  • Experienced in Travel industry is an added advantage
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin (as the role requires handling Mandarin-speaking clients and travel vendors). Chinese is an added advantage
  • Tactful Communications skills and able to work independently.
  • The ability to prioritise and cope with pressure at busy times.
  • Must be well organised, detail orientated and resourceful.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mandarin Word Star.
