Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations and travel regulations.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Strong customer services and communication skills
Proficiency in spoken & written in English and Mandarin
Ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts.

Design and develop tour packages, itineraries and travel plans
Handle bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, transportation and activities
Coordinate with suppliers including hotels, airlines and local tour operators
Ensure all travel arrangements and services meet the client\'s requirements and expectations.
Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information about tour options.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issue promptly and effectively
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations and destination knowledge
