Your new role Lead the process of identifying, documenting, and categorising incidents based on their severity and impact on services. Evaluate the potential risks and consequences of incidents to prioritise the response efforts and minimise the service disruption. Manage and mentor a team of incident analysts, providing guidance and support during stressful situations. Oversee the resolution process, working with technical teams, vendors, and other internal or external parties to restore the services as soon as possible. Create a positive and productive team culture, encouraging continuous learning and improvement. Be the main contact person for all incident-related communications and escalations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth incident resolution. Run the incident bridge and keep the stakeholders updated regularly. Perform in-depth post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and trend analysis to identify underlying problems and prevent them from happening again. Produce detailed incident reports for management, highlighting the service impact, resolution actions, and recommendations for enhancements. Follow best practices and industry standards to strengthen the incident management procedures. Continuously review and improve the incident management process to increase the response speed, efficiency, and overall incident handling capabilities. Keep accurate and complete documentation related to incidents. What you\'ll need to succeed Bachelor\'s degree information or a related field. Demonstrated experience in incident management within the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical parties. Deep knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, network protocols, and systems.
