Maintain the overall food cost within given guidelines as well as other kitchen related expenses by controlling purchases and maintaining adequate stock levels and orders.
Makes sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to.
Hygiene, safety and cleanliness of all kitchens.
Manage, organize and ensure the smooth running of all kitchens.
Maintenance excellent communication lines with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and all staff.
To prepared an Indian cuisine in daily operations and events.
Professionally active and self-involved in every aspect of the kitchen operations, Supervises, directs, guides and corrects the entire kitchen staff
