Indoor Business Development Executive (freight Forwarding)
Job Description
:
Working Hour: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
Working Location: Jalan Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, Klang
Modern Office Environment
Key Responsibility:
Sourcing and negotiate with vendors, with strong focus on shipping lines and logistics partners
Coordinate closely with operations, documentation, and finance teams to guide shipments without delays
Assisting sales to manage commercial quotations, costings, and profitability analysis
Perform cold calling and lead generation to develop new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with commercial terms, contracts, and service-level agreements
Handle customer communication regarding shipment status, pricing, and operational requirements
Required Skills & Experience
3-5+ years of experience in freight forwarding industry- commercial operations
Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end operational workflows
Strong coordination and communication skills
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
