Job Overview
As a
Overseas Business Development Executive
, you will support the company's international sales growth by promoting freight forwarding services to overseas agents and partners. Your role involves handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and developing new business opportunities in global markets. You will work closely with colleagues across different regions, especially in Greater China, to strengthen partnerships and contribute to the company's overseas revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the company's freight forwarding services to overseas agents.
Conduct sales calls to identify potential clients and present suitable logistics solutions.
Respond to enquiries from overseas agents and clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare quotations and follow up closely to secure new business.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international partners.
Offer additional services such as customs clearance and transportation when required.
Support the company's business growth and expansion in international markets.
Work closely with overseas colleagues, especially in Hong Kong and Taiwan, to ensure smooth communication.
What We're Looking For
Experience in freight forwarding, sales, or international business development is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Chinese-speaking is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and counterparts in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
