Prepare and present quotations, pricing proposals, and service agreements.
Negotiate terms with clients to achieve profitable sales outcomes.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment handling.
Oversee the preparation of necessary documents such as shipping schedules, and customs forms.
Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the sales manager.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Provide clients with updates and advice on best practices for shipment handling and cost optimization.
Cold calling to potential clients or customers via phone to generate interest and leads.
