Job Description

  • Administrative support to Corporate Sales Team, I.e., prepare quotation, daily, weekly and monthly sales report, prepare sales order etc.
  • Perform administrative task as instructed, i.e., scanning and filing of receipts, sales invoices, sales invoices on daily basis
  • communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • creating and maintaining a database (salesfirce, RM, Excel, etc) of current and potential customers.
  • Close monitoring on stock movement and analyze fast- and slow-moving stock items. Stock up when necessary.
  • Fills orders by transferring orders to fullfilment, communicating expected delivery date and explaining stock-outs.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product description and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow up call questions.
  • Handling, coordinate and follow up on defective, return items (if any)
  • Keep direct superior informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely
  • Record and report required information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior or the Company
