Job Goal:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Sales Administration Manager of the admin department.
A good opportunity to enhance your multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.
You will play an important role to:
You will issue delivery orders, invoices, warehouse transfers, and cash sales.
You will monitor delivery status with the warehouse, customers, and forwarding agents.
You will keep track of customers\' outstanding orders, fill up delivery orders\xe2\x80\x99 pricing, do the filing for delivery orders, and complete customers\' orders.
You are important in processing stock adjustments.
You will submit delivery order running numbers for the closing account.
You will attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests, indoor sales calls, and inquiries.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
A candidate with a SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field.
Freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
Or 1 year of working experience in administration field.
Possess own vehicle and willing to work at Subang Jaya.
Good in Microsoft Office.
Immediate joiner is preferred.
