Job Goal:
  • As a Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Sales Administration Manager of the admin department.
  • A good opportunity to enhance your multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.
You will play an important role to:
  • You will issue delivery orders, invoices, warehouse transfers, and cash sales.
  • You will monitor delivery status with the warehouse, customers, and forwarding agents.
  • You will keep track of customers\' outstanding orders, fill up delivery orders\xe2\x80\x99 pricing, do the filing for delivery orders, and complete customers\' orders.
  • You are important in processing stock adjustments.
  • You will submit delivery order running numbers for the closing account.
  • You will attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests, indoor sales calls, and inquiries.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
  • A candidate with a SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Or 1 year of working experience in administration field.
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to work at Subang Jaya.
  • Good in Microsoft Office.
  • Immediate joiner is preferred.
