Indoor Sales Assistant Manager For June 2023
Job Description
1. Supervise and monitor the daily assignment of all Telesales Rep. in terms of reminder letters, sourcing, giving quotations, and others. 2. Oversee all inquiries received from telephone calls, faxes, and emails being replied to customers on time. 3. Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers. 4. Assist Telesales Rep. on unsolved issues; regards to BOMBA license application, delivery, outstanding payment from customers, and others. 5. Prepare monthly sales and walk-in customer report for the Telesales department to Managing Director and Executive Director. 6. Conduct induction program for new Telesales Rep. 7. Comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and any other requirements highlighted under ISO 9001 & ISO 14001. 8. Assist Managing Director / Executive Director on related matters as and when needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
