Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



To support and coordinate with sales department. To attend customers and suppliers phone calls related to products and order inquiries. To assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation and follow up delivery. To ensure all materials are purchased/delivered according to required specifications and requirements as stated in PO/DO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Required Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in steel industries will be added advantage. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales Coordinator/ Sales support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encourage to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
