I-Linear Automation (Melaka) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven and organized Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team in Melaka. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing essential sales and administrative support to our valued clients. Your role will be crucial in driving the success of our business through effective client engagement and efficient coordination of sales-related activities.
What you'll be doing
Answering and managing incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Assisting the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and following up on sales leads
Coordinating with the related departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assist with other duties as instructed by your superior
What we're looking for
Diploma/Bachelor's in related fields.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
