Job Description


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration, sales, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or administrative support roles is often required.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, customer relationship management systems, and administrative procedures is beneficial.
  • Knowing Mandarin is required.
ResponsibilitiesSales Support:
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases either in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints.
  • Upselling or cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems or other sales software.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the customer experience and showcase products effectively.
Administrative Support:
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Managing and organizing paperwork related to sales transactions, customer inquiries, and inventory records.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel, and responding to basic inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and deliveries as needed, and maintaining calendars for key personnel.
  • Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Relationship Management :
  • Inputting and updating customer information in the system to maintain accurate records of interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Following up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and inform sales strategies.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborating with sales teams, managers, and other departments to support sales initiatives, coordinate activities, and achieve common goals.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues to share information, provide updates, and ensure smooth operations.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
  • Resolving issues and conflicts that may arise during sales transactions or customer interactions, finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
  • Making informed decisions regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions within established guidelines and policies.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency in both sales and administrative tasks.
  • Participating in training programs and professional development activities to expand skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
