ResponsibilitiesSales Support:
Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases either in person, over the phone, or via email.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints.
Upselling or cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems or other sales software.
Maintaining a clean and organized sales environment to enhance the customer experience and showcase products effectively.
Administrative Support:
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Managing and organizing paperwork related to sales transactions, customer inquiries, and inventory records.
Handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel, and responding to basic inquiries.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and deliveries as needed, and maintaining calendars for key personnel.
Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Relationship Management :
Inputting and updating customer information in the system to maintain accurate records of interactions, preferences, and purchase history.
Following up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and nurture ongoing relationships.
Generating reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and inform sales strategies.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborating with sales teams, managers, and other departments to support sales initiatives, coordinate activities, and achieve common goals.
Communicating effectively with colleagues to share information, provide updates, and ensure smooth operations.
Problem Solving and Decision Making:
Resolving issues and conflicts that may arise during sales transactions or customer interactions, finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
Making informed decisions regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions within established guidelines and policies.
