JOB DESCRIPTION: -Minimum 1-2 years outbound call center experience (Cold Calling) -Minimum 1-2 years Personal Loan / mortgage/ SME banking experience and have exposure in CCRIS or relevant CRA will also be our priority -Good language proficiency on English & Malay (required) & Chinese is an added advantage -Good interpersonal & communication skills -Strong & proven problem-solving skills -Candidates with good attitude despite education level will also be considered WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR? -Passionate in the role and consistently looking for improvement opportunities to upgrade oneself and strive to achieve more -Tech Savvy (Basic computer software) -Active listener & a Team Player -Aggressiveness towards achieving own goals -Mid age people with life experience -Those with solid call center background will be considered first -Customer service candidates which no longer wanted to deal with complaints all day long and strive to earn more!!
