\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for providing excellent service level to existing clients, ensuring client retention; penetrate additional business from existing clients and conversion of new business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generates and processes new sales leads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for meeting Sales Matrix and Department KPI set. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance of Department Standard Procedure and Company Quality Systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide data or reports to sales persons. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure clients satisfactions and problem resolutions through cross-functional support locally and globally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work within organizational departments to develop account strategies and position effective resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review pricing agreements to ensure growth, compliance and profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate and coordinate audit by clients when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform task delegated by immediate superior within scopeof company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and compliance.
