Responsibilities

Engage in pre-sales activity to meet customer\'s needs
Calls prospective customer by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies
Encourage customers to buy service and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and product information and price quotations
Secures information by completing data base backups
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
