Responsibilities

• Sell goods and services directly to customers or on behalf of retail/wholesale businesses
• Explain the functions and qualities of products and services
• Determine customer needs and advise on product range, price, delivery, warranties, and product care
• Demonstrating and explaining to customers the establishment's goods and services
• Selling goods and services, accepting payment by a variety of payment methods,
• Preparing sales invoices and recording sales using cash registers;
• Assist with inventory management and participate in stock takes
• Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold.
