Plan, organize and coordinate the movement of shipments based on customer requirements
Provide timely, reliable and complete updates on status of customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders.
Ensure quotation are prepared correctly and sent on time to customers.
Report any inaccurate/negative margin to your supervisor.
Source and negotiate rates for sea freight, transporters, warehouse operators and customs brokers.
Develop strong relationships with customers and build trust for continued business opportunities.
Carry out commercial activities such as Sales Force update, prepare quotation, close business deal, sales calls and follow up payment with customer
Any other task as and when assigned by Head of Ocean Bulk
